Revit import

Use the Qonic Plugin for Revit to import models from Revit directly into Qonic

To download the Qonic Plugin for Revit, head to qonic.com/downloads. Currently supported versions of Revit are 2023, 2024 and 2025. If you have any of these versions installed, the plugin will be automatically activated.

Once active, a Qonic tab should appear in the ribbon from where you can export the currently active model. Choose the project you wish to upload this model to.

Next, give the model a name, discipline, and optionally change the default access rights to this model.

Now the model will be converted and uploaded to the Qonic project you chose. Depending on the size of the model and your internet connection, this may take a few seconds to several minutes.

If all went well, a success message should appear and you can now access the model from the Qonic dashboard at app.qonic.com/projects. You can also head there directly by clicking the Go To Project button.

If the conversion process failed, or if you notice that geometry or data is missing or did not get imported correctly into Qonic, please reach out to us using the chat box at the bottom left of this screen, and we will investigate what went wrong.
